Have bought many used cars from various sources over the years, but this is the most professional and friendly company I've used. Sara, the manager, is highly knowledgeagble and offers great advice. When I saw a car I liked, I priced up equivalent models from a number of large official dealers and small local dealers, all of whom were more expensive, so it was an obvious choice to buy from here. Last Saturday I travelled all the way from London to come and collect my very first car. I was so pleased to find that the car was spotless, exactly as shown in pictures. When we arrived at Middlesborough station, even though the office was walking distance Sarah offered to come and pick us up. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent and everything went so smooth. Sara also made sure that we arrived home safely by sending us a text to check up on us. I purchased a Ford Focus from Sara last week. I can honestly say I've never had an easier or more stress free vehicle purchase experience in over 20 years of car ownership. Sara was open, honest and welcoming from the moment we walked onto the forecourt, and I felt immediately at ease. All the vehicle information was readily available and it was exactly as described on the website. Sara let me test drive over a range of different roads, town and dual carrigeway to get a good feel for it. I've now had the car a week using it daily for work and am 100% happy with it.
