This is the 4th car I've bought from Sara John & Peter. It's so nice not to be bombarded with sales banter, and if you ask a question a honest answer is given back. The warranty is great, slightest problem is dealt with very quickly and no excuses. I really recommend Gosforth Motors 100 + 10%.

Couple off small points to our meriva which were fixed these we found out all repairs are done by Gosforth Car Company at the cheapest price possible windscreen had a chip cheap repair carried out expecting it to crack in winter.

Sorry but we do not understand your comment about "cheapest repairs" We sold you the car for £2490 which included 12 Months Mot, 6 Months Warranty and a service, which was great value for money, as you have stated. The windscreen chip was professionally repaired by a reputable windscreen company, who would not have repaired it, if it needed a new screen, as this would have been more profitable to themselves. Also if we carried out the cheapest repairs, we would not have replaced the front and rear discs and pads as they were only Mot advisories and not failures... I am so sorry that you feel unhappy with the service provided. Kind regards Sara

We bought a BMW 3 series from Sara and can't fault the service. Nothing was an issue, Sara stayed back late after a long day to let us view the car together and we managed to get the car really quickly. We bought a 7 series from these guys and it was more than described totally immaculate and drove like a dream. so we made the return journey of 150 miles home in luxury and comfort. a couple of days later a brake warning light came on and we contacted Lee in sales. the after sales service was second to none they rung around our local area, found the right garage to deal with this problem and covered all costs. If you are thinking of buying a new car or exchanging your old one then speak to these guys first.

within days of passing my test I seen my first ideal little car, I cannot thank Lee and Sara for all their help both friendly and put me at ease, a fantastic service right down to a phone call from Sara making sure I had got home safely with me being a new driver, much appreciated.
