Just bought a kia ceed excellent condition, immaculate throughout, when seen on first visit. Sara had it valeted before I picked it up. Sara wasn't a pushy sales person just told the truth and explained everything with professional knowledge. She's a credit to her employer.

Sara is such a hard worker and she is extremely pleasant when it came to viewing cars and went the extra mile in making the appropriate arrangements. The car was fantastic value and was received in top notch conditions. This is my first car and I had such a great experience, I would definitely buy my next car from Sara!

I just purchased a Corsa and am very impressed with what I have received. The car is in great quality thanks to Sara, who went out of her way to make the car as high possible quality before letting me drive away in it. Sara gave me new brake pads without charging me, serviced & MOTD the car. She also got a diagnostic check done on the car and it brought up a problem; however, the problem was sorted the next day, and it drives perfectly. I will definitely recommend this to friends/family. Thanks for making this purchase a good one, Sara, I will definitely be back in the future.

Bought myself a little Mini One. Lived with it a few weeks now, all is good. Sara made it easy and got the car an MOT, tax and valeted for me. Good communications, didn't feel the hard sell. A service worth a look to see if they have what you need. Would recommend. Leigh.

We have used gosforth car company limited for over 10 years, Sara and John go out of their way to get you the car you that is right for you, They have excellent listening skills and take on board fully what you need, including price or finance deals, we have had 3 cars from them and never had cause for any complaints, Regarding finance Sara sat is down and went through all the figures and the repayments dates and only then when she was sure we had completely understood did she set it up for us, They are very genuine people who care about their customers, you are not just a number to them. They are professional at al times, and their interest in customers is admirable, we recommend this company very very highly. Sara makes sure the cars only leave the forecourt in prime condition and it is a pleasure to do business with someone who looks out for their customers. Sara had identified one of the warning systems needed looking at - a problem that could have easily been masked- and despite having to wait an extra ten days to make my purchase, she kept me posted every day and footed quite a large bill - the work required specialists: ultimately this avoided the risk of me needing expensive work later down the line. I write this review a couple of months down the line and am very pleased with performance of my motor.
