Bought a Nissan Juke off this car dealership. Car developed a bit of an issue next day. Took it back to Sara and she assured us she would get it sorted. Left car with her for a day and she sorted issue out. Can’t fault this lady. Totally trustworthy. Also gave my wife bunch of flowers for the inconvenience. Went above and beyond to be helpful. I travelled 330 miles to view and buy a car from North East Car Sales. It was worth the trip! I love my new car and the level of service provided by Sara was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this business.

Needed a car for my Son who lives 300 miles away and couldn't get back to Middlesbrough that easily or afford the time off work to look around himself. Sara at North East Car Sales had been recommended by someone who works with my wife so I had a look at the website, noted a few cars that seemed worth looking at and went to have a look. First look around was on a Wednesday, settled on a specific vehicle by Saturday which was ready to collect the following Friday. Found Sara to be honest and upfront with a couple of matters that needed attention on the car that were sorted out prior to collection. Had an issue with some locking wheel nuts on the day I collected the car once I got it home. Phoned Sara, took the car back that afternoon, had the issue sorted within 30 minutes by Sara at her expense. This was significant as the car was being driven to South Wales the following day and the matter needed to be resolved before leaving. Drove the car to South Wales myself to deliver it to my Son. It drove beautifully....almost turned around and kept it for myself! Hopefully it keeps running as well for my Son as it did for me on the delivery run. If so, he's got a very nice car. On the basis of this experience I would go back to Sara if I needed another car and would definitely recommend her.

I visited this garage to view a car and took it for a very brief test drive as this was all they could facilitate at the time due only having one member of staff. I had a good discussion with Sara and told her that I would be down the following day to take it for a proper test drive and definitely wanted the car unless there was anything on the test drive that was problematic. I was given her word that the car would not be sold and that she understood me not putting a full deposit down on a car that I had not been given the opportunity to drive properly. I would have been happy to put down some money to secure this in the meantime but was not asked for this. The following morning, after I had had already taken the money out for a deposit, I received a phone call from Sara informing me that she had sold the car and offered an apology. After further discussions it was evident that the car was sold to a friend. This was extremely disappointing as I missed out on other cars that I had let go due to being set on the car here. Luckily I have since had a much better experience at a different garage and have now found a suitable car. .

I had typed out a very long in depth reply to you but decided against it as I don’t want to upset you any further. I would like to say though that I didn’t sell the car to a friend I sold it to the son of a lady who works with a girl I went to school with 30 years ago. It was a recommendation. They had been to our site two days prior on Thursday and looked at four different cars before deciding on the Vw Golf. Once again I’m genuinely sorry that you missed out on the Golf but I’m glad you’ve found another car and hope you’ll be very happy with it. Kind regards Sara

After weeks and weeks of looking and research I found North East Car Sales in Middlesbrough. They had a 2013 Ford Mondeo for sale which the pictures on the website and autotrader did not do justice at all. The car was immaculate inside and out, and looked as if had just come off the production line. There was no pressure sales and I was allowed as much time as I wanted to check the car over and to test drive. Sarah the manager answered every question and made the whole experience a joy. I am often put off by smaller garages but Sarah put my mind at rest, she is extremely patient, professional, knowledgable and has been in the car sales industry for a long time so knows her stuff. I read all the reviews before deciding to visit and I am glad I did. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality immaculate used car to pay them a visit. I would award six stars if it would let me.

From the moment we arrived Sarah could not have been more helpful. I am more than happy with the car. When I picked it up this morning it was spotlessly clean and she took the time to take me through the features of the car. We drove from London to Middlesbrough purely on customer recommendations via Autotrader and we were not disappointed. Sarah was a diamond helpful non pushy and very professional and as for the car well worth the trip. Everything that Sarah said was done was done and more So we can’t recommend her enough.
