Highly recommended. This was the best purchase I ever had on anything . Sara made it as easy as it ever gets. If you are confused or anxious on buying a pre owned car ( i was to be honest)  you can with  no second thought contact Sara or the team in North East  Car Sales. I travelled 200 miles to purchase this car but was worth every bit. Not rushed on anything.  Sara was with me from start till the very end . I have never seen such a lovely person who  is so passionate on the job they do. They had done  a wonderful service and 12 months MOT , sorted my tax out. The car looked as good as new. Sara even filled in fuel for my trip back. To be honest everything is more that you could ever asked for.Customer service  - 5 starResponse rate -  5 starReliability  - 5 star.

Sara is absolutely amazing, so understanding when I was rushed into hospital when I was supposed to be viewing the car. I cannot thank her enough, there was no pressure, she didn’t have to hold the car for me at all, but she did. She has 100% restored my faith in car sales and wouldn’t think twice about using her again. 100% highly recommend. She made me feel safe.

Sara was very helpful from the very start of me showing my interest in purchasing a car. She accommodated me viewing the car and arranging a test drive and also collecting the vehicle earlier than agreed. She even collected me from the station in the midst of the recent storm - Fantastic service - thank you!

I purchased a Ford Focus from Sara last week. I can honestly say I've never had an easier or more stress free vehicle purchase experience in over 20 years of car ownership. Sara was open, honest and welcoming from the moment we walked onto the forecourt, and I felt immediately at ease. All the vehicle information was readily available and it was exactly as described on the website. Sara let me test drive over a range of different roads, town and dual carrigeway to get a good feel for it. I've now had the car a week using it daily for work and am 100% happy with it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Sara again and would highly recommend her to anyone! Service that was simply superb! Thank you Sara!

Bought a Nissan Juke off this car dealership. Car developed a bit of an issue next day. Took it back to Sara and she assured us she would get it sorted. Left car with her for a day and she sorted issue out. Can’t fault this lady. Totally trustworthy. Also gave my wife bunch of flowers for the inconvenience. Went above and beyond to be helpful. I travelled 330 miles to view and buy a car from North East Car Sales. It was worth the trip! I love my new car and the level of service provided by Sara was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this business.
